I would like to apologize for the problem that disappoint you. Errors in
the process of packing and shipping is the reason why the monitor that you
ordered is damaged, this was a mistake because we did not check the shipping
department re-pasa when the goods will actually be sent and we're sorry for the
error that has caused discomfort. We've sent you replacement goods. We
guarantee quality monitors that now we send.
We again apologize for the inconvenience and we assure that these errors
will be avoided in the future.
